  • The Japan HACCP Training Center (JHTC) combines networking and academic knowledge both in Japan and abroad, and based on the idea of adult learning, the quality assurance system (FSM, QMS Etc.) are practicing training on development.
  • Established in 1999, the organization has a portfolio of diverse training services leading the Japanese food industry, providing training such as HACCP internationally accepted to customers in Japan.
  • In addition to food production, we also offer online seminars on retail / wholesale, farm, transportation, packaging, food safety services etc.
  • We are also shortening and improving efficiency of group learning using e-learning basic training. More than 80 HACCP coordinator training workshops were held between 2016 and 2017.
  • In 2016, we have also started PCQI course based on preventive control for human food(PCHF) regulations for FSMA.
